"Sea of Vulnerability," an exhibition by international artist, biologist, and environmental education Brandon Ballengee, is now on view at Rowan University's Art Gallery in Glassboro, New Jersey. Ballengee is well-known as a science-art practitioner, merging his scientific and artistic work to better understand endangered and effected populations of amphibians, birds, fish , and insects.
"'Sea of Vulnerability' [is a] series of trans-disciplinary installations, assemblages, and mixed media artworks inspired by his ecological field and laboratory research that offer dramatic visual representations of biological species that are in decline, threatened, or already lost to extinction." - Rowan University Art Gallery
